I launched this blog for my husband, John Gibbons, in July 2007. John's a ready-made, walking repository of content so I anticipated letting him do the posting while I concentrated on building out the site and messing around with Squarespace, the hosted blog platform I settled on last summer. But I do have a musical background and sure enough, I was sucked in.
